Terms & Condition on Buying Mobile App

By purchasing a mobile app from THE Creator, you agree to the following terms.

1. All sales are final once the source code or build is delivered.

2. The buyer is responsible for app store submission, hosting, and any third-party fees.

3. Re-selling the same app to other buyers is not allowed without written consent.

4. Support is limited to the scope agreed at the time of purchase.

5. THE Creator retains the right to showcase the app as part of its portfolio.
